Kindel Rool Premium – category B course in Tallinn, 38 driving lessons and one instructor

Premium is the same category B course as Kindel Rool Classic: the same syllabus, the same school, the same state exam. The difference is in the preparation. The Classic price includes 30 driving lessons, the Premium price 38. On top of that you get one and the same instructor from your first lesson to the exam, and lesson times that are agreed in advance and booked into the calendar. Price 1990 €, 4 places a month.

Where those 8 lessons go

Eight extra lessons are not simply more driving. They go into the three situations that matter most before the exam, in our instructors' experience.

One instructor and lesson times you can count on

For a parent: you do not have to sit in the car yourself or keep watching for free slots. The times are agreed in the calendar in advance and the instructor is the same person throughout the course. The mock exam with a second instructor shows honestly, before the state exam, what still needs practice – the very thing a parent cannot judge on their own. If the first attempt fails

We do not promise that you will pass the exam on the first attempt. No driving school can honestly promise that.

In Premium it works like this: if the first state driving exam fails, you get two extra lessons and you do not pay anything more for them. They are not random lessons. We put the Transpordiamet exam card on the table and drive through exactly the situations that were written on it – not everything again, just those places.

The state fee for a new attempt, 50 €, is always paid by the learner. The exam itself is taken in a Transpordiamet car – the school does not provide an exam car.

How our learners do at the exam

According to Transpordiamet data, Kindel Rool learners pass the category B driving exam in Tallinn in 61.8% of cases. The Tallinn average is 42.7%, a ratio of 1.39. Sample 68 exams, as of 01.09.2026.

An honest note: that number is for the whole school, not for Premium on its own – Premium does not have statistics of its own yet. The number shows how this school teaches. How your exam goes depends on you.

What Premium costs

1990 €

The price covers the whole category B course – theory as e-learning and three web lectures, 38 driving lessons, first aid, slippery-road and night-driving training, the school's own theory and driving exams – and every part of Premium listed above.

The Classic price includes 30 driving lessons, the Premium price 38 – a difference of 8: 4 lessons in the exam districts and 2 for the mock exam, which Classic does not have at all, plus 2 before the exam, which in Classic come only when the whole course is paid up front. For the rest you get three things that no extra lesson bought on the side can replace. One instructor means your weak spots are found once, not rediscovered at the start of every lesson. Times booked in advance mean the course moves at the pace of your calendar, not at the pace of the free slots. A mock exam with a second instructor means the state exam is not the first time somebody else assesses your driving.

And here is the other calculation, the one worth doing. A new exam attempt means a new state fee of 50 €, a new date to be found, probably driving lessons you pay for separately – and going through the whole thing again. Premium puts those inside the price before you know whether you will need them: the mock exam, two lessons before the exam and two lessons after a failed attempt.

What you pay on top. Transpordiamet state fees: theory exam 30 €, driving exam 50 € and the first, probationary licence 23 € – 103 € in total in Transpordiamet's e-teenindus self-service portal. Every retake brings a new fee. The medical certificate is charged at your GP's or health centre's own price. The final-stage training, lõppastme koolitus, is a separate course that comes later – price 180 €. Classic or Premium

The same in both packages: theory as e-learning and three web lectures, first aid, slippery-road and night-driving training, the school's own theory and driving exams, teaching language Estonian, Russian or English, and a manual or automatic gearbox. The four lessons in the exam districts are for getting to know those streets – we do not drill exam routes. State fees and the medical certificate come on top in both cases.

Who Premium is for – and who it is not for

Premium is for you if:

• your week does not bend to a driving school's free slots;
• you are buying the course for your child and want to know who drives with them and when;
• you are learning in Russian or English and want an instructor who speaks your language;
• you feel tense behind the wheel and want to walk into the exam prepared, not hoping it will somehow go well.

And now the honest advice in the other direction. If your week is flexible, if you can drive in the mornings too and the exam does not particularly frighten you, Classic is enough for you: the same syllabus, the same school, the same exam, price 1390 €. We do not sell you more than you need.

What we do not promise and do not do

• We do not promise that you will pass the exam on the first attempt. No driving school can honestly promise that.
• The driving exam is taken in a Transpordiamet car. The school does not provide an exam car – that is the same for every school.
• We do not drill exam routes. We teach you to read the logic of traffic.
• We do not come and pick you up. Course driving lessons start and finish at Kadaka tee 56a.
• We do not sell speed. Premium does not make the course shorter – it gives the course a schedule you can count on: you know in advance when you will be driving.

How Premium works

1. A free trial lesson. You drive, you see, you decide. Tell us that Premium is what interests you.
2. The schedule is set. We agree on the days, the times, how often you drive and who your instructor is. You also tell us which language you are learning in.
3. Theory and driving in parallel. Theory runs as e-learning and three web lectures. After the school's own theory exam you can book the state theory exam.
4. Driving lessons. The 30 lessons of the course and 4 lessons in the districts where the exam is most often held – to get to know those streets, not to learn routes by heart. The lessons are spread across the whole course. With the mock exam and the pre-exam lessons that makes 38.
5. Mock exam with a second instructor: 2 lessons, the exam and the debrief. After that you take the school's own driving exam.
6. 2 lessons one or two days before the state driving exam. The exam itself is taken in a Transpordiamet car.
7. If the first attempt does not work out: 2 lessons with an analysis of the exam card, then a new attempt.
8. Licence in hand. 1 lesson in your own car, if you want it.

Why there are only 4 places a month

Fixed times and one instructor are a promise that can only be kept while there are few such promises to keep. Your instructor holds the same times in the calendar for you week after week, and one instructor's week holds a limited number of such slots. That is why we take 4 Premium learners a month.

If this month's places are gone, we say so straight away – before you pay, not after – and put you on next month's list. And the earlier you agree your schedule, the more choice you have over which days and hours you drive.
