Why choose Kindel Rool

A calm instructor. Real traffic. A confident driver.

Our own instructors

Our instructors are on the school's staff, not subcontractors. On Classic you choose who you drive with and when; on Premium one instructor takes you through the whole course. Meet the instructors. If an instructor is ill or a car is being serviced, the school will do everything it can so that your training does not stop.

School training cars

You drive a school training car, manual or automatic. The school's cars are used only for lessons.

The contract price is final

Training-ground fees and the school's own exams are included. Driving lessons start at Kadaka tee 56a.

60% vs the Tallinn average of 43.3%

First-attempt driving test results, Transport Administration data as of 01.10.2026; our sample is 45 first attempts. We teach you as a future fellow road user, so we drive in different parts of the city rather than one familiar loop.

Your first drive on a closed ground

At the Kadaka training ground, closed to traffic — without the stress of city driving.

Free trial lesson and money-back guarantee

The trial lesson commits you to nothing. If it is not for you after the first driving lesson, you get your money back (except 50 € for theory).

Driving schools in Tallinn: compare before you choose

There are dozens of driving schools in Tallinn and on paper the prices look alike, so the choice is hard to make. One thing is measurable: what share of a school's learners passes the driving test at the first attempt. The Transport Administration keeps that figure per school. Ours is 60 %, the Tallinn average 43.3 % (data as of 01.10.2026).

How the training works

Eight steps from signing up to the state exam. Everything except the state fees is included in the course price.

  1. Health certificate

From your family doctor or through Liikluslab. Without it the school cannot register you as a student — the trial lesson needs no certificate.

  2. Training contract

Signed digitally, so there is no need to come in. Learners under 18 need a legal representative's details for the contract.

  3. Theory

In the Liikluslab e-learning environment at your own pace, plus three web lectures.

  4. Driving starts after 30% of the theory

That means the first three chapters. Starting earlier would spend a driving lesson explaining theory.

  5. First aid course

Part of the training and included in the price. Dates and sign-up.

  6. Skid and night driving training

Both included. We arrange the skid session after about ten driving lessons and tell you when the night session takes place.

  7. At least 30 driving lessons

The legal minimum for category B; the skid session, the night session and the school exam are counted within it. Lessons start from the Kadaka Selver car park. Once the school has allowed you into traffic, you can also practise with a supervisor between lessons: see driving with a supervisor in Estonia.

  8. School exam and state exams

After the school's driving exam we mark the course complete — without that no Transpordiamet slot can be booked. A passed theory exam is valid for one year.

How long does it take? The law says a basic-stage course may not be shorter than four weeks. The usual pace is twice a week, 2 × 45 minutes each time, which works out at about seven weeks. At a calmer pace it takes 2–3 months. Everyone learns at their own pace, and a long gap between lessons takes confidence away.

If the first attempt does not go well

The driving exam does not always go right the first time, even for a strong learner. You are not left alone: we go through the examiner’s report together and practise exactly what cost you points.
