I have four years of experience as an examiner at the Estonian Transport Administration. That gave me a thorough understanding of what is required of a driver’s training, of the principles of safe driving and of how driving skills are assessed.
I am calm, even-tempered and demanding of myself and of my learners. I find an individual approach to each person, create a comfortable learning atmosphere and explain even difficult points in plain terms. I believe a good instructor does not only teach the technique of driving, but helps the learner grow in confidence, independence and responsibility on the road.
In my work I pay particular attention to safety, conscious behaviour behind the wheel and building the right driving habits. My aim is not simply to prepare a learner to pass the test, but to help them become a confident, competent and responsible driver who can find their way in any traffic situation on their own.
