Terms of sale and service

1. Service provider

Kindel Juht OÜ, registry code 17351152, activity licence no 1.1-3/25/207, address Soldina tn 19-41, 21005 Narva, Estonia (“we”). Training location: Kadaka tee 56a, Tallinn. Contact: info@kindelrool.ee, +372 55 44 007.

2. Scope

These terms apply to services the customer pays for on kindelrool.ee. At present this is the first aid course. For the category B course and other courses a separate training contract is concluded, and its terms apply to those courses.

3. Service and price

First aid course – the IMEDIQ course “Esmaabi baaskoolitus (16 t)”, required for a driving licence. It consists of theory in the IMEDIQ e-learning environment and one practical evening on the course date. The course is run by IMEDIQ OÜ, which issues the certificate once the course is completed.

The price is €50. The price is final, there are no extra charges.

4. Registration, contract and payment

The customer chooses a course date on the website and fills in the registration form. After the form is sent, the customer’s registration page opens with a payment button. The contract is concluded when the payment has arrived and we have sent a confirmation by e-mail. Until payment no seat is reserved and the date may fill up.

Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB (bank links and card payments). Online banking and card details are entered in the Montonio or bank environment and do not reach us.

5. Provision of the service

After payment we confirm the seat and send by e-mail the instructions for registering for the IMEDIQ theory course. The customer completes the theory before the practical evening and attends the practical evening at the time and place given in the confirmation.

6. Cancellation and refunds

  • The customer may cancel the registration until registration closes (2 days before the course at 17:30). In that case we refund the €50 in full.
  • For a later cancellation or a no-show the money is not refunded, but the course can be moved to another date once free of charge.
  • If the course is cancelled for reasons on our or the trainer’s side, we refund the full amount or offer another date – at the customer’s choice.
  • A registration can be cancelled with the button on the registration page or by writing to info@kindelrool.ee. A request to move the date must be sent to the same address.
  • Refunds are made within 14 days to the account the payment came from.

7. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days of its conclusion. The service starts at the customer’s request right after payment (we send the instructions for the IMEDIQ theory course), so by paying the customer confirms they want the service to start before the withdrawal period ends. If the customer withdraws after the service has started, they pay proportionally for the part already provided; once the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. The cancellation terms in section 6 apply in addition and do not limit the consumer’s statutory rights.

8. Complaints and disputes

Please send complaints to info@kindelrool.ee; we reply within 15 days. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (www.ttja.ee). Estonian law applies to the contract.

9. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
